You may think that this house is far too simple. You may be right ... but this house and millions of similar and sometimes better but still small homes are all paid in full.
Hence the owner of THIS house has nothing to fear about foreclosure or refinancing. All is paid, all is owned and all is made, repaired and fully maintained by the owner and his family.
As people progress a few years later, they may upgrade a very small and very modest house to a better and improved home. The basic rule for a happy life amidst a loving family is to stay out of troubles, out of dependencies and that means out of debts. Enjoy whatever - as long as you have earned the money and can pay in cash without hampering your future nor the future of your family or neighborhood.
A family home needs to be affordable. A loving family needs a much smaller house than a fighting selfish family. Hence the key once again is to create a situation of love amidst all your family members - young and old - and become again a hugging, loving and happy family.
Learn to grow in steps - even small steps - but learn to spend only money you have in excess rather than the American way of enjoy now - pay later.

You see that never can work. You only can eat what you planted long time before and prepared for harvest well in advance.

The home is a man's duty. A family father has the duty to provide home. The family and particularly the wife has a spiritual duty to support her husband / father wisely and with love. The true value of a husband and family father never is in his bank account but in his strength to keep his entire family OUT of trouble on the sunny side of life - eternally!
A loving wife will recognize the true values deep inside her lovers heart and soul and will appreciate such true eternal values far more than villa and mansion, car and airplane.
Better a simple but happy life in a secure and natural environment rather than a life owed to banks and financial institutes and other outside sources.
A father's duty is to keep his family safe. To assure that the overall situation of life is pleasant, natural and fun. An ideal environment where all family can enjoy life together, grow together, mature together and love each other all times.
The best house for you always is the one you can pay in full and maintain all on your own together with your entire family. To be happy you need to be free of any risk and danger. In simple life it is much easier to enjoy a happy and healthy life with your community and family.
